To Our Valued Customers,

At Continental Plumbing Services, our number one priority is to keep our employees, customers, and their families safe. As we continue to closely monitor the Coronavirus situation, we want you to know that we have taken steps to ensure we are serving you in the safest way possible. We know that you rely on clean, running water. As an essential service, we are committed to assisting with your plumbing needs.

As a precautionary measure, to ensure we are doing everything we can to ensure a safe and healthy work environment, we have implemented increased hygiene routines.

Our office staff including our Customer Service Representatives have all been moved to work remotely from their homes. Thankfully, we have the technology and a phone system that allows us to do this.

All technicians will be taking additional precautionary measures such as:

  • Wearing gloves
  • Limiting contact such as handshaking (just a smile or thumbs up for now!)
  • Hand washing and sanitizing before and after each visit
  • Disinfecting work areas
  • Wearing a face mask upon request or need
