I used Continental Plumbing for a toilet leak which had caused a big mess. Jason and Hannah did an outstanding job of fixing the problem and cleaning up the mess. They were both very professional, efficient, and friendly. The office was also wonderful to deal with in setting up my appointment and keeping in touch. I even received a short bio (with picture) of my technicians (via text) right before they arrived. I HIGHLY recommend Continental Plumbing! I will be using them for all of my future plumbing needs!
P.S. I just realized I had never posted the above review I had written a few months ago!!! Again, yesterday I used Continental to replace a different toilet that had a crack in it. Hannah handled the entire job. Everything was perfect!!! Hannah was efficient, friendly, professional, and left no mess! As always, I’m giving Continental Plumbing a 100% thumbs up!!!

Continental responded quickly and worked with my schedule to get a plumber out to deal with a leaking commode. Jacob showed up on time and I received communication beforehand to let me know he was coming. Jacob was very professional and mindful of my home. He diagnosed and resolved the issue within a couple of hours. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and I would highly recommend both him and the company.

Fast, Courteous, and Efficient Service
Fast, courteous, and efficient are words that come to mind when reviewing this service. The only concern I have is whether these qualities apply to the whole company or only to our plumber. The company seems to be well organized. Their response is quick. It is pricey, but these days you get what you pay for. The toilet repair was in my office where we have 8 other toilets, and we are considering keeping our plumber on retainer.

I have found my go-to plumbing company
I asked Continental Plumbing Services to inspect my very old Kohler toilet and see if it could be repaired after another plumbing company had told me it couldn’t be repaired. Hannah was my repair person and she called in advance of arriving, giving me the time she would arrive. She checked on parts and has ordered them, which should arrive in 2-3 days.
All in all I’m very happy with the company and with Hannah. I have found my go-to plumbing company for all my plumbing needs.
