Outstanding company. We had a clogged drain in the master bedroom. I called at 12, and Jacob pulled up a little after 1 and steadily worked on the roof, snaking for 3 hours, and finally got the clogged drain flowing. Then we found a broken cleanout that he repaired while he was here. I will definitely use Continental Plumbing again.

We had two items installed: water heater and water softener replaced. We had two great workers complete the job—very neat and clean installation. Continental was the only company I could find to work on water softeners in the Hudson area. They came to the house to see what was needed at no charge to me. Inspected the unit and said that it was not cost effective to fix it, as it was too old. The water heater was 22 years old and should be replaced. We had them replace both units, and we were very happy with the results. The company in the office were great to work with, as were the two service professionals. Thank you for a GREAT JOB.

Fast, courteous, and efficient are words that come to mind when reviewing this service. The only concern I have is whether these qualities apply to the whole company or only to our plumber. The company seems to be well organized. Their response is quick. It is pricey, but these days you get what you pay for. The toilet repair was in my office where we have 8 other toilets, and we are considering keeping our plumber on retainer.

I asked Continental Plumbing Services to inspect my very old Kohler toilet and see if it could be repaired after another plumbing company had told me it couldn’t be repaired. Hannah was my repair person and she called in advance of arriving, giving me the time she would arrive. She checked on parts and has ordered them, which should arrive in 2-3 days.
All in all I’m very happy with the company and with Hannah. I have found my go-to plumbing company for all my plumbing needs.

Our tankless hot water heater stopped working due to an ignition failure. Heater is outside and was subjected to excess water from a clogged gutter. Continental had a quick next-day response. Unfortunately required a part not in stock. It was repaired the following day. Good, friendly, knowledgeable service all around. Only complaint is cost of repair seemed a little high. I should have become a plumber.

I called on Monday, and they sent a technician out, Jason, to my house on Wednesday. Jason gave me multiple options on how to fix my problem as well as price quotes for each one.
