Had water heater go out and a warranty issue with the distributor the day before Christmas. It was not Continental Plumbing's fault, but they were able to get me water to the house while we figured out the issues with the distributor. We had two items installed: water heater and water softener replaced. We had two great workers complete the job—very neat and clean installation. Continental was the only company I could find to work on water softeners in the Hudson area. They came to the house to see what was needed at no charge to me. Inspected the unit and said that it was not cost effective to fix it, as it was too old. The water heater was 22 years old and should be replaced. We had them replace both units, and we were very happy with the results. The company in the office were great to work with, as were the two service professionals. Thank you for a GREAT JOB.

Continental Plumbing is the only plumbers I will use going forward and you should too. Tabor replaced my hot water heater and it's a work of art, square plumbing, level tank positioned perfectly. BTW I had texts from the women (and men) in the building asking who the smoking hot plumber was and the jokes of laying pipe and damaging their own plumbing for a house call went on into the evening. Tabor is definitely handsome, charming tidy and just the perfect amount of chit chat charming the customer. He made the experience personal, professional and a pleasure. Our hot water heater started leaking badly yesterday morning. I called Continental Plumbing at 9:30 am, and a technician (Jake Johnson) arrived within the hour. Jake quickly diagnosed the problem with the 10-year-old water heater. He was able to discuss options to replace the hot water heater. Within a half-hour we had a new hot water heater and a little past noon yesterday we had hot water.
