I purchased a soft water system. I needed a plumber to make the necessary adjustments to my water pipes. While other plumbing companies either told me I needed to buy the whole system from them, or they took my quote information and then never returned an estimate, this company sent a knowledgeable, pleasant person to my home to discuss the options with me and then provided a quote. The plumber, Hannah Keller, was great to talk with and sold me on their company without the quote. The work was done on the day promised and was exactly what I needed. One day, when my water heater was malfunctioning, a technician from the company showed up at my house. Without any high-pressure sales tactics, he recommended the best plan for both cost and efficiency, including a membership plan.
Yesterday, my water filtration system stopped working, so I called them again. They asked, "Sir, would you like us to service it today?" I replied, "Yes." Just 43 minutes later, I received an email confirmation with the service technician's picture. She arrived with the most melodious voice and sweetest face imaginable. She was incredibly knowledgeable, and thanks to the membership, the visit was covered. We arranged a plan, and we're so lucky she's coming back to install a new system.

Customer Interest Comes First
Continental Plumbing is our HOA plumber (Pointe Alexis HOA), and I recommend them to various residents as I know (or at least think) that they would be fair to our residents since the HOA uses them for plumbing needs. I recommended Teresa and Gerald Christmas of 1028 S. Pointe Alexis Drive as they had a hot water heater leaking. The unit was about three years old, and the Continental technician (Don and Ronnie) were very professional and set up a workaround for them to have hot water until they could acquire the replacement. They also determined that the existing unit was still under warranty to some extent and saved them some money. I scheduled them to come to my house as I was considering removing my water softener as Tarpon Springs supposedly 'treats' the water and softeners are not required. Don tested the water coming into the system and water after it had gone through the softener and filter. It was obvious that the softener should stay. I think Continental could have charged more if they removed the softener as I originally requested. That showed a degree of placing the customer interest first. Joe Woodward 1026 S.
