Our tankless hot water heater stopped working due to an ignition failure. Heater is outside and was subjected to excess water from a clogged gutter. Continental had a quick next-day response. Unfortunately required a part not in stock. It was repaired the following day. Good, friendly, knowledgeable service all around. Only complaint is cost of repair seemed a little high. I should have become a plumber.

I called on Monday, and they sent a technician out, Jason, to my house on Wednesday. Jason gave me multiple options on how to fix my problem as well as price quotes for each one. Once I made a decision on how to fix the problem, he got right to work and had the new spigot replaced within half an hour, and the cost to fix it was very reasonable. Will definitely use their services again anytime I have a plumbing issue!!
