The entire process was exemplary. From the receptionist to the scheduler, to the field technician, this is one professional and friendly company. Dave, the tech, was so informative, he explained everything he would do, walked us through each step in the process, and didn't just take a look and give us a response. He took his time, thoroughly examined the equipment and finally explained to us the potential outcomes. He provided us with written estimates to replace the failed equipment, along with alternative price points on options. What a tremendous service.

We all complain about the cost of plumbing services, but occasionally you find a plumber that does such a good job for you that you don't mind paying him. For us, that plumber was Bill Bowen with Continental Plumbing Services. We needed a valve that juts out from the wall to bring water to the toilet replaced. They're always metal in my experience. This one was plastic and cheap. It worked by pushing it in to turn on and pulling to turn off. It didn't look durable and we wanted it replaced with a metal 1/4 turn-off valve. Bill replaced the valve promptly and efficiently. He was very professional and explained what he did as he went. I wanted to watch because I had never seen such a valve and wanted to learn how a professional plumber dealt with the valve. Bill explained everything as he worked. When he was done, he checked the toilet and did an additional minor repair to ensure the toilet was working properly. Bill also looked at our water softener and offered a suggestion on that. Bill wasn't hurried and took the time to explain everything he did, and we appreciated it. A few minutes after he left, we discovered a cold water faucet in a different bathroom was not flowing water. I called Bill and he told me to check the push/pull valve under the sink and indeed that was the problem. Apparently, when the water was turned back on at the house main valve, the quick surge in pressure popped off the cold water valve. All I had to do was push the valve back in and the water was flowing again. Bill's bio states that he is a 3rd generation plumber. He is indeed a professional and should be proud of the quality of his work. If you need a plumber in the Trinity, Florida area, call Continental Plumbing Services and ask for Bill Bowen. I know we will the next time we need a plumber. Great job, Bill!

Would recommend this company! They were able to send someone the same day to look at my water heater which stopped working. Jason spent the time to talk to the manufacturer and send pictures to get a new replacement unit at no cost under the warranty. He came the next day to install the new unit. Very happy!

Buying an older mobile home, one runs into "issues." The backflow valve for the irrigation system was broken, didn't know where the house shutoff was. Jake and Seth came the next day, worked out the issue and had the system up and running pretty quick. They even mounted the valve system to the house. Very impressed.

Bill showed up within the time frame and knew exactly how to fix the broken shower. He had it done super quick and it's working perfectly now. The price seemed a little high, but I work in prosthetics, not plumbing, so I'm not sure if it's the going rate of plumbing. I can assure you, though, it definitely costs less than an arm or a leg.
