The several plumbers from Continental that came to our house on different days were all friendly, straightforward, and seemed honest (a rarity for this profession, sadly). They even told me ways to try to fix it myself before having to pay them. I had three other plumbing firms come to my house (big, complicated, emergency problem) for evaluations & bids, but they were generally less confidence-inspiring and they recommended MUCH more expensive repairs. I chose to wait an extra two days to work with Continental even though it was an 'emergency' (no working toilets or drains in house) rather than work with the other firms.

Had to turn water off on Saturday night due to a leak inside the house and technician came out on Sunday. He was so pleasant, professional, and honest. Could not find where the leak was originating and gave me a leak detection service phone number. As soon as the area is found he will return to repair. I would highly recommend him.

I called Continental with a bit of an emergency... but was afraid to call it that as I've been charged extra in the past with other companies. Without asking, or labeling as an emergency they were quick to get a tech out the same day within an hour of my call. Ebbie showed up and was very knowledgeable about the home's plumbing construction. He was able to get a snake down from the roof, and essentially save money by being able to get the job done in this manner.

The bearings on my garbage disposal were worn out. I called, and Tim was dispatched immediately. He arrived in about 20 minutes. He assessed the situation and concluded it needed to be replaced. He gave me two bids to choose from. Once I chose, he began the install. Tim was friendly and informative. The install went without a hitch. Tim made sure there were no leaks and cleaned up afterward. All you can ask for is expediency, knowledge, and courteousness. Tim was all those. If I have a plumbing need in the future, I will use them again.

We are in the process of selling our place in Summertree as we reside in Ontario, Canada! There was a leak in the faucet of the laundry tub in the garage that resulted in shutting off the entire water service! We were on our way to our place and were coming through Atlanta! Due to the thought of a flood in the garage, we continued on arriving late at night—a 20-hour drive! We called your business while en route and explained our predicament! And now having no water at all! Your plumber showed up earlier than scheduled the next day and diagnosed the problem and fixed it with ease! Another problem was pointed out that has been ongoing for a couple of years! A leaky faucet outside at the outdoor spigot—a leaky spout! He fixed that as well! He was very professional and courteous and explained everything he was doing! I chatted a lot and asked many questions! But he was very polite and did his job as a professional! His name was Ron, but I’m sorry I don’t remember his last name!
