I have found my go-to plumbing company
I asked Continental Plumbing Services to inspect my very old Kohler toilet and see if it could be repaired after another plumbing company had told me it couldn’t be repaired. Hannah was my repair person and she called in advance of arriving, giving me the time she would arrive. She checked on parts and has ordered them, which should arrive in 2-3 days.
All in all I’m very happy with the company and with Hannah. I have found my go-to plumbing company for all my plumbing needs.

Our tankless hot water heater stopped working due to an ignition failure. Heater is outside and was subjected to excess water from a clogged gutter. Continental had a quick next-day response. Unfortunately required a part not in stock. It was repaired the following day. Good, friendly, knowledgeable service all around. Only complaint is cost of repair seemed a little high. I should have become a plumber.

I called on Monday, and they sent a technician out, Jason, to my house on Wednesday. Jason gave me multiple options on how to fix my problem as well as price quotes for each one. Once I made a decision on how to fix the problem, he got right to work and had the new spigot replaced within half an hour, and the cost to fix it was very reasonable. Will definitely use their services again anytime I have a plumbing issue!!

While other plumbing companies either told me I needed to buy the whole system from them, or they took my quote information and then never returned an estimate, this company sent a knowledgeable, pleasant person to my home to discuss the options with me and then provided a quote. The plumber, Hannah Keller, was great to talk with and sold me on their company without the quote. The work was done on the day promised and was exactly what I needed.
